Accounting: To ensure that you have proper documentation
of any expenses you incur as a landlord RELIABLE HOME RENTALS &
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT will provide you with two options:
1. Rents collected and made payable to RELIABLE HOME RENTALS
& PROPERTY MANAGEMENT are deposited in a trust account in which
all expenses will be paid including property management fees, and the
balance deposited to your bank account on the first banking day each
month. A detailed statement of income and expenses will be prepared
on a monthly or quarterly basis and forwarded to you
Or;
2. You hold and deposit the rent cheques and in the event maintenance
and repairs are required, we will contact you, provide an estimate and
invoice you for same. RELIABLE HOME RENTALS & PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
would ask in this case to be provided with post dated cheques for the
monthly management fee (plus HST).
